We chose Tamina because we had the opportunity to see her constant presence in the condominium community as she worked with other clients assisting them in the purchase or sale of real estate. We spoke to several of these people, and Tamina was highly recommended. From the beginning of our contact with Tamina she exhibited professionalism with a friendly demeanor. Clearly, she had a superior knowledge of the Charlotte County real estate market which enabled us to accurately price our real estate, taking into account our expectations and sale timeline. She was able to achieve for us a strong but realistic sale price while moving the sale to closing within our desired time frame. Tamina worked, frequently, seven days a week. She was accessible and quickly returned phone calls, texts, and emails. Tamina also communicated well with prospective buyers’ realtors. Tamina spent time with us and she has a very pleasant personality. Should the need arise for us to consider another purchase and or sale of real estate in Charlotte County, we would enlist Tamina to assist us. She came highly recommended from a friend, and she did not disappoint. The many details of a transaction were always taken care of with accuracy. She worked harder than any realtor we have had during our lifetime, and we got very close to our asking price. She knew the competition and how are condo compared to others, and she convinced potential buyers and fellow realtors of the value of our condo. Most importantly, I believe her conviction to the value, and how she expressed this during the process helped to find buyers, and to ultimately make us very happy with the final results.
